Ariel Moore

Ariel Moore is an Associate at Amini LLC, bringing experience in complex commercial litigation and professional malpractice cases to our firm and the clients we serve.

Ariel became a part of the Amini LLC team in 2023 with experience as a commercial litigation associate from Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch. In her previous role, she concentrated on complex issues in a broad spectrum of commercial practice areas. These included contracts, partnership disputes, securities, bankruptcy, structured finance, and antitrust.

Before joining Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch, Ariel held a position as a bankruptcy intern at DC-37 Municipal Employees Legal Services. There, she offered legaladvice to municipal union employees, bolstering her understanding of the field.Additionally, Ariel has a background as a paralegal at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.

During law school, Ariel demonstrated her passion for advocacy and justice, serving as a staff editor for the Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice (CJERSJ). This experience underlines her commitment to equality and social justice, key principles that guide her professional practice and the Amini team as a whole.

• Represented a global manufacturer in a $100 million fraudulent transactions lawsuit against a leading commercial bank.
• Represented a private investment bank in a lawsuit against a leading commercial bank for breach of fiduciary duty as trustee for RMBS trusts and for breach of contract.
• Represented a Caribbean route operator in a complex breach of contract arbitration against its supplier of large-scale gaming terminals and services.
