Casey J. Hail’s main practice area is complex commercial litigation with a focus on electronic discovery. Her practice focuses on advising lawyers and clients, and implementing cost-effective strategies with respect to all aspects of e-discovery, including document retention and litigation readiness; document collection, review, and production; offensive e-discovery strategies and motion practice; and compliance with ever-changing federal and state discovery protocols. She has engaged in e-discovery motion practice in multiple jurisdictions and advised clients regarding cross-border investigations and discovery issues.
After receiving her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2007, Casey was an associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, as a member of the general litigation group. Casey joined Storch Amini PC in 2012 and Amini LLC in October 2019.
During law school, Casey worked as a summer associate for Hughes Hubbard & Reed in 2006. She also served as the executive notes editor on the Journal of Law & Liberty.
