Lita Beth Wright is a founding member of Amini LLC. She represents clients in a diverse range of complex commercial litigation, including business disputes, intellectual property, ERISA, professional liability, insurance coverage and bankruptcy. Her representation of ZoomEssence, Inc. resulted in a $56 million settlement of a trade secret litigation against the third largest flavor and fragrance company in the world. Lita Beth is a member of ZoomEssence's board of directors.
Lita Beth has significant trial and appellate experience, and has been instrumental in litigating cases to a successful resolution in federal and state courts nationwide. From 2016 to 2019, she has been named a top-rated business litigation attorney in New York by Super Lawyers.
Over the course of her career, Lita Beth has represented small to large businesses, institutional clients, wealthy individuals and bankruptcy trustees. Her clients span a variety of industries and professions, including technology, health care, hospitality, manufacturing, telecommunications, financial services and real estate.
Lita Beth began her career at Storch Amini & Munves PC in 1994. She was promoted to an Officer of the firm in 2003 and an Executive Officer in 2012, and served as the firm's COO. She received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School-Newark, and is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
